Our Shipping Policy:
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours from the day they are received. No orders are shipped on the weekend or on major holidays. MP3 download orders are available for instant download at completion of order. For USA orders please allow (14 days for USA delivery) (4 weeks for non-USA delivery) before contacting us about your shipment.
US Postal Service mail is our STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD. All packages shipped within USA include Delivery Confirmation with Tracking Numbers.
Outside USA / International Shipping:
No shipping to Nigeria, Indonesia, Mexico or Ghana. Sorry, no exceptions.
US Postal Service First Class Mail is our STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD. There is no Delivery Confirmation method available for International (outside the USA) shipments.

If you ever receive a defective CD or DVD , please let us know by first emailing us and we will replace and ship it to you at our expense (USA Shipments Only). The recording studios do the best job they can to produce the highest quality product and we make sure we ship all items in new condition because they are new from the factory.
